We are Sligo's first complementary and alternative therapy centre! A haven of tranquillity, situated in the heart of Sligo town, opposite the entrance for Quayside Shopping Centre.
We opened at Wine Street in April 2008 and currently have 15, fully qualified, therapists working from the centre. Our proprietor is Grainne Gilmartin, McTimoney Chiropractor, a native of Sligo, having recently returned from the UK.
We are fortunate to have a modern and inviting facility and we aim to create a relaxing atmosphere for all our visitors.
We have a number of bright and spacious therapy rooms and also a larger room, used primarily for Yoga and Pilates classes, but also suitable for holding talks and demonstrations.
Although our centre offers a number of treatments for various medical conditions, we also have many therapies suitable for relaxation and de-stressing.
Clients can be assured of a professional and confidential service at all times.
We display artwork throughout the building from a range of local artists and all are welcome to come and have a look!
